How To Contact Us: CampusMortgage, CampusFHA, CampusUnderwriter & CampusProcessor is a "for profit" Florida corporation with a mailing address at: Presidential Circle -- 4000 Hollywood Blvd. -- Suite 555-South -- Hollywood, FL 33021. You can email us at contact@campusmortgage.org or call us at (800)423-1510. You can also fax us at (954)323-7512.Course Updates: Mortgage regulations & guidelines can change throughout the year. With that said, we make every effort to keep our students updated and do this in a variety of ways. We start with an annual review of each course to determine if full, partial or no revamping is needed, and will revise the course(s) once a year accordingly. We also give each Student one year to ask questions directly to our instructors which can help in gaining clarity on any new legislative or rule changes not reflected in the course content. From here, we may put together supplemental “update” webinars, if deemed necessary -- which are made available to each “active” Student upon request, at no extra cost. Finally, we post weekly training videos and articles within our weekly e-newsletter, The Mortgage Standard, which often cover breaking mortgage news & proposed legislative changes.
Refund Policy: No refunds or credits will be issued if a student and/or customer has logged into any recorded/“live” webinar course or has requested a Certificate of Completion for the course/certification/bootcamp/bundled package purchased. If a student and/or customer has not logged into a recorded/“live” webinar course or has not requested a Certificate of Completion, the customer is entitled to a full refund (minus a $75 administrative cancellation fee) provided a refund request is received in writing or via e-mail by CampusMortgage® within (5) calendar days from the date of purchase. If a refund is issued to a customer, the customer will not be permitted to repurchase any NAMP®/NAMU®/CampusMortgage® product from NAMP®/NAMU®/CampusMortgage®, or its affiliate resellers. NOTE: there are no refunds on corporate sponsorship packages that include advertising, “brand awareness” initiatives, email marketing, banner ads, etc.1-Year Access: Once a student enrolls, the student will have one year of access to the CampusMortgage® Online Training Portal & related services, which will start from when the student first logs into the CampusMortgage® Online Training Portal — not from date of purchase. This one-year period applies to the webinars, course materials, exams, customer support and ability to ask questions/concerns to the instructors.

The Student will receive only one (1) instructor response per question with no counter responses from the instructor. The Student will not be permitted to ask questions on any free classes provided to Student as part of a special offer or bundled package deal. If the Student submits a course concern; for example, a potential error with the grammar/calculations/forms/etc. and the Student would like a response from the instructor, that response from the instructor will count towards the allotted (5) responses per class. Only the registered Student may ask questions — not a colleague, family member, friend, fellow Student, etc. The Student’s question must pertain ONLY to the content in the course webinar and/or course materials -- not random mortgage-related questions. DUE TO LIABILITY REASONS, QUESTIONS MAY NOT PERTAIN TO A "LIVE" LOAN SCENARIO. When asking a question to a CampusMortgage® instructor, please keep in mind the instructor may not have the entire facts & background of the student’s question; therefore, we recommend the Student also utilize other resources such as FHA.gov, VA.gov, NMLS, CFPB, State Banking Department, etc. All answers provided to the student by a CampusMortgage® instructor are for informational purposes only and should not be taken as legal advice. Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights
To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by contacting us at contact@campusmortgage.org. You may also submit a privacy inquiry at contact@campusmortgage.org.
Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
- Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information’s value and contain written terms that describe the program’s material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.
